Jozo starts the ceremony as the first performer. What does Jozo do? He
entertains the audience with his "silly" sense of humor. Remember that he
is in charge of the "Joke Department" at the circus. Here are some of

 At times, Sozo gets on the loud speaker during Jozo's performance and
ridicules him. No one can ever figure out why Gordon, the "Chief of Staff"
doesn't fire Sozo. Gordon always says, "there has to be an idiot in every
crowd, and Sozo is it." Not to be outdone by Jozo, Sozo has come up with
a few of his own "sick" jokes.
